N.95, Fuding Bai Cha 福鼎白茶
RM121.00 MYR
Fine delicate Bai Hao Ying Zhen, hailing from the famous Fuding County City, Fujian China. The place of origin for Chinese white tea.
Made using the Fuding Da Bai cultivar, each white needle tea bud comes on its own without the adhering leaves. To make this tea, local farmers from the Fuding Taimu Moutain hand-plucked young first flush buds one-by-one in the early spring - a prime harvest of delicate, needles-shaped silver buds.
It brews a thicker liquor than other white tea while retaining lightness and a deep sweetness. A soft earthy note on the palate with a fragrant overtones of wild berries on the palate makes it an exquisite tea for the connoisseur seeking for a gentler tea flavour.
