Our N.87 Tie Guan Yin is a 30-40% partially oxidised green pellet oolong tea, originating from Fujian Province in China.

The tea liquor is an alluring yellow-green colour that it brews with a fresh vegetal aroma with accompanying notes of roasted chestnuts.

Brewing method: 2 g per 200 ml of water
Steeping time: 4 - 6 mins
Brewing temperature: 80 - 90 °C
