Our Iron Goddess [Tie Guan Yin] is a 30% partially oxidised green oolong tea from Fujian Province, China.
Pure and unblended, the brew is an alluring yellow-green colour, with a fresh vegetal aroma on the nose with accompanying notes of roasted chestnuts on the palette.
Brewing Directions
Use one sachet per cup.
Pour about 250ml of water at 80°C , over the sachet.
Infuse for 4 - 6 minutes, remove sachet & enjoy.
